“Most family members are unsure of what to do after their aging loved one is diagnosed with a chronic illness. They become overwhelmed, anxious and stressed. But being able to find the right community is what makes things easier,” commented Ralph Caro, Certified Senior Advisor
November 13, 2018: More than 60% of the U.S. population is living with a chronic illness according to research conducted by RAND shows. Chronic illnesses like diabetes and high blood pressure increase with age and 42% of the population has more than one type of chronic illness.
As a certified Senior Care Advisor and having been affiliated with the senior care services for more than 35 years, Ralph Caro ensures that he provides his clients with a senior living community that truly becomes their home and one that offers a safe and comfortable living environment.
“Most family members are unsure of what to do after their aging loved one is diagnosed with a chronic illness. They become overwhelmed, anxious and stressed. But being able to find the right community is what makes things easier. The medical assistance and therapy senior patients receive can help encourage them to think positively, and improve the quality of their lives,” commented Ralph Caro, talking about the importance of a positive environment for recovery.
The senior care living options that Ralph Caro provides includes: assisted and independent living options, skilled nursing and rehab, memory care, palliative and hospice care.
In addition, he only recommends facilities that have been visited and inspected by him personally. Starting off with a consultation about what his client’s needs and preferences are, Ralph Caro includes a detailed assessment of the level of care the senior patient requires, and then makes recommendations for senior living options that are budget friendly for his clients.
“We offer the best of our services to our clients, regardless of age, sex, race and religion. Our aim is to ensure they get the treatment they need and deserve. We also facilitate veterans as part of our services. Above all, consultancies like ours need to ensure that we facilitate anyone reaching out for help and look towards values that bring communities together like compassion, integrity, honesty and empathy,” added Ralph Caro, talking about what his aims are, and how he wishes to provide clients with the care they deserve.
After an initial assessment to determine the client’s level-of-care and personal preferences, Ralph Caro evaluates client information and meets with them to review options. They provide tours of the facilities to find the best living options based on the level of care required and preferences. To ensure that clients are satisfied, Ralph Caro stays in touch with them even after their placement for their complete satisfaction.
